Marc Fiore, President

Marc Fiore, President of Mindex Technologies, founded the company in April of 1994. Marc is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of Mindex and for providing his vision for the direction Mindex heads in the future.

Prior to starting Mindex, Marc worked for various companies in software development. Marc received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from SUNY College of Technology and has received extensive leadership training.

During Marc's free time he enjoys traveling with his wife, Andrea, and their children, Coz and Matt. Marc enjoys taking trips on his motorcycle and often puts together trips to watch football at stadiums around the country (Dallas is his favorite team to watch). He is also an avid skier, boater, and golfer. Marc and his family reside in Webster.

Christian Riggalls, Director of schooltool Operations

Christian Riggalls joined Mindex in 2015 as the Director of schooltool Operations. In his role Christian is responsible for schooltool’s day-to-day operations, including support, training, implementation, customizations, marketing, and software development. His focus is providing the best service and software to customers as efficiently as possible, while preparing for the future. Christian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Syracuse University.

Prior to joining Mindex, Christian was a program manager at Xerox in their Managed Print Services division. Other professional experience includes various software industries such as financial services, telecom and voice, and early social media.

In his spare time, Christian enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, playing guitar and writing music, playing a few video games (when time allows), learning new skills through online courses, and keeping up on tech trends.

Jack Hibit, Technical Sales Executive

Jack Hibit is a charter member of Mindex Technologies and has been with the team since April of 1994. Jack was also an original member of the schooltool team and was involved in creating the technical specification, coding, training, sales and product management for the past 17 years. As the Technical Sales Executive of schooltool, Jack works with New York State RIC partners to provide sales support and demonstrations for prospective clients.

Jack's previous experience includes work at Xerox, Kodak, and ABB, in a variety of computer consulting positions. He graduated from RIT in 1988 with a BS in Computer Science.

When he is not at work, Jack is usually on a golf course or at a hockey rink. He is a big fan of the Sabres and Bills….LET’S GO BUFFALO!!!!

Morgan Martin, Training and Communications Manager

Morgan Martin is the Training and Communications Manager for schooltool. She manages a team that is responsible for all schooltool training, documentation, and marketing, including social media, website and brand management, newsletters, user experience, and all customer-facing communications. She joined the schooltool team at Mindex in 2008 as the Documentation Specialist where she was responsible for creating all schooltool documentation, including release documentation, online help content, product announcements, and newsletter copy.

Before coming to Mindex, Morgan worked as a technical assistant, an office administrator for an IT consulting firm, and a department manager under the Office of the Dean of Students at Boston University. She received her BA in English from Boston University in December 2002.

She enjoys watching football (Go Packers!), reading, cooking, and spending time with her son, Nicholas, and two cats.

Mark Geedy, Support and Implementation Manager

Mark Geedy joined the schooltool team in 2005. As Product Manager, he works with customers to assess their needs, and helps the schooltool delivery team translate and incorporate changes into the application. He plays an integral role in helping determine the direction of the schooltool application by using his district experience and input from our various customers. His primary methods for gathering and assessing these priorities are attending user group and focus group meetings, as well as working on a daily basis with customers in the field. As a former RIC employee, district employee, and schooltool trainer, Mark is never far from training or support and continues to spend time on the road and in the office working with end-users to assist in daily and yearly activities such as scheduling and teacher training.

Mark's previous experience includes five years with Monroe #1 BOCES as a trainer, training manager, and general technology support. He also spent five years with Fairport Central Schools working as a trainer, technology specialist, and network administrator. Most recently, Mark worked for Mindex as a trainer and training manager for schooltool.

Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from RIT. He enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, caving, and scuba diving.

Kris Vickers, schooltool Product Owner

Kris joined schooltool as Product Owner in October of 2017. As Product Owner, she works with customers to assess their needs, which she then brings back to the schooltool delivery team to interpret and integrate into the application. She helps determine the direction of the schooltool application by actively listening to our customers, as well as relying on her previous K-12 and product management experience. Kris’s primary methods for gathering and assessing schooltool priorities are attending user groups and focus group meetings, working with customers on a regular basis, and relying on the expertise of other schooltool team members.

Prior to Mindex, Kris worked at Heartland School Solutions, formerly NutriKids. Her tenure there enabled her to become familiar with technology in the K-12 sector. Kris started out as an administrative assistant to the sales department. From there she moved into an accounts receivable and order administration position. She then moved to project coordination before working her most recent position there as a product manager.

Kris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College. In her free time, she enjoys watching her son, Jack, play football and baseball. She and her husband, Mark, often travel to new baseball stadiums. Kris also enjoys comedy movies and cooking for her family.

Andrea Fiore, Controller & Treasurer

Andrea Fiore has worked at Mindex since Marc Fiore founded it in April of 1994. She originally worked part time as she and Marc started their family, and is now Controller and Treasurer of Mindex.

Prior to starting Mindex, Andrea worked at the University of Rochester and Hamilton College in the Finance Departments. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from SUNY College of Technology and her Master of Arts Degree in Education from the University of Rochester.

As a busy working mother of two, Andrea looks forward to the time she spends with her family traveling, boating, and skiing. She enjoys her quiet time, too, to catch up on reading and exercising. In addition, Andrea plays hockey on a Mom's team in Webster. She resides with Marc and their sons, Coz and Matt, in Webster.

Nanette Davis, Accounting

Nanette Davis joined Mindex’s Accounting Department in 2011. She is currently responsible for handling an array of Accounting and Finance functions including billing for all schooltool products and services. She works closely with the schooltool team to ensure accurate and timely processing of all invoicing.

Before joining Mindex, Nanette worked as a real estate agent with REMAX Realty Group and Coldwell Banker. Prior to that she spent over 20 years working in Accounting and Finance with Insley-McEntee. Nanette received an AAS degree in Accounting from Bryant & Stratton.

Nanette is married with 3 grown children and enjoys golfing, playing softball and gardening.
